Cash flow at machine speed

Shared in confidence while we're in stealth. Please check with us before forwarding.

Cash should follow the delivery, not the calendar.

Every month, businesses finish the work, send the invoice, and then wait to be paid.

Payroll doesn't wait. Suppliers don't wait. Growth shouldn't have to. That gap is where good businesses stall.

That money is already theirs. We exist to put it to work, at machine speed.

01 · Demand side thesis

The underserved middle

When finance underwrites working capital, it sees a business in only a few ways.

The credit ladder

Segment

Underwriting lens

Terms of access

Suppliers to the largest corporations

Buyers with revenue over $1B

The buyer's credit strength

Early payment through supply chain finance, by invitation only

Mid-market companies

Revenue $10M–$1B

Pledgeable, auditable collateral

Asset-based lines bound by borrowing bases, field exams and monthly reporting

Small businesses

Revenue under $2M

The founder's personal credit

Credit contingent on a personal guarantee

Everyone in between

The underserved middle

Verified, customer-notified invoices

Traditional factoring: weeks of paperwork, compounding fees, and a notice to customers that they needed cash

Access to working capital

The financial system already knows how to lend on the strength of who owes. It simply reserves that knowledge for large corporations.

The gap is widest for managed and professional services firms with revenue of $2M–$50M. Their capital is talent, and their customers are among the strongest businesses in the economy. Yet finance looks at a firm made of people and finds nothing to hold. Work delivered and owed by a thriving business is among the most honest assets there is.

Our north star

Every business should command its cash with confidence: funded on what it has earned, guided by what lies ahead, and free to move money wherever it is needed.

02 · Supply side thesis

Capital is not scarce. Trust is.

What capital wants

Private credit

wants assets it can see into.

Crypto funds

want yield rooted in real commerce.

They want different things. Both are short of the same thing:

An obligation that already exists

A date that is already set

A record of what actually happened

We believe a book kept in the open, where every advance, repayment and loss is written down as it happens, can earn the confidence of both. We intend to earn it the way credit always has, one repaid advance at a time.

Letting the record speak before we ask anyone to believe it.

03 · What we believe

Cash flow should be intelligent.

An agent that reads a business's books, understands its receivables and knows its customers can decide what to fund, when, and at what price, in minutes rather than weeks. Every repaid advance makes it smarter.

Credit should be transparent, and transparency will move finance on-chain.

Credit runs on trust, and trust runs on what can be verified. When every invoice, advance, repayment and lender position lives on a shared ledger, collateral stops being a promise and becomes a fact anyone with a stake can check.

That is why we believe finance will move on-chain: not for speculation, but because an open ledger is the most honest record credit has ever had. Money settles around the clock on stablecoin rails, and the right capital can find the right receivable wherever each one sits. We are building for that world.

Either belief alone is an improvement. Together, they close the whole loop, at machine speed.

04 · What we're building

The demand and supply side theses, and our beliefs, shape everything we build.

1

We unlock what has been earned.

Goldman Sachs kind of credit, at the speed of a Square checkout.

Delivered work becomes working capital the moment it is needed.

2

We help a business see its whole cash flow.

A JPMorgan kind of treasury desk, delivered through the likes of a QuickBooks login.

Every dollar arriving and every obligation ahead, with the clarity to decide how to fund what comes next.

3

As our intelligence deepens, we carry it across entities and borders.

Moving capital between the parts of a business, as simple as moving money from checking to savings.

Funds follow the need, wherever it arises.

Prove

We prove the engine in our own book first.

Extend

Then we place it in the hands of the loan brokers who already serve these businesses, a white-label platform that routes every opportunity to the capital best suited to fund it.

Compound

With every business we serve, directly or through those who serve them, the platform grows wiser for the next, benefiting every business and every lender on the network.

That is a network effect no balance sheet can buy.

05 · How we're different

Traditional factoring was built for the lender.

You pay upfront fees, discount fees for time you may not need, and you're penalized when a customer pays late.

Built for the business

You pay for time, not for access.

Our rate accrues by the day, only while you're using the funds. Nothing upfront, nothing for paying early.

A late invoice is our problem to solve with you, not against you.

If your customer hasn't paid by the due date, we convert the balance into a 12-month loan, so you can repay on a predictable schedule.

06 · Why now

06.1

Money

Stablecoins have become real money.

$317B

Stablecoin market capitalization, April 2026

Source: Federal Reserve estimate

$390B

Real-world stablecoin payments a year

Source: McKinsey and Artemis estimate

More telling than the size is the use. Federal law now gives stablecoins a clear framework, and money can settle at any hour, anywhere.

06.2

Capital

Private credit is asking to be seen.

$13B

Investors tried to pull from more than a dozen private credit funds, Q1 2026

About two-thirds reached investors; withdrawal caps held back the rest

This year, investors learned what opacity costs. The lesson is not that credit is broken. It is that the capital wants to see what it owns. Short-duration assets on an open ledger answer that call.

06.3

Intelligence

AI can finally carry the whole flow.

The work that made small-ticket credit uneconomic is now work agents can do. The accounting data they need is a few API calls away.

Reading the books

Judging the customer

Pricing the risk

Chasing the payment

Reconciling the ledger

For the first time, money that settles instantly, capital that wants transparency, and intelligence that can read a business all exist at once.

07 · Why us

We've built the payment rails, the ledger and the identity layer for enterprises. Now we're building the cash layer.

As co-founders, we bring both halves of that story.

Co-founder · CEO

Neelima

Neelima spent nearly a decade at Visa and PayPal leading the global commercialization of payment products. Before that, she built and led data platforms and products at Salesforce, Netflix and T-Mobile.

Her work spans payments infrastructure, financial crime compliance and data. She holds the ACAMS Certified Cryptoasset AFC Specialist (CCAS) credential and brings working knowledge of digital asset regulation, including the EU's Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) framework.

Co-founders · Product and Engineering

From Intuit

Our product and engineering co-founders come from Intuit, where they built and launched Intuit Enterprise Suite and its mid-market AI agents for construction and finance.

They also built the foundations underneath them: Revenue Recognition, Fixed Assets and Multi-Entity Accounting, the systems mid-market finance teams run on every day.

What's in a name

Pistacia is the genus of the pistachio tree, a nut known and eaten around the world. We wanted a name with universal recall for something as universal as money. American business owners also talk about "making the nut": covering the month's payroll, rent and bills before anything else. That is the gap we exist to close.

And a ripe pistachio opens on its own, just as we believe earned revenue should.
